This documentary looks at her craft and charts how an outspoken arts student in 1960s Melbourne became one of the world’s most acclaimed film artists. Several pieces, including Electronic Fables, are examples of Paik's early experiments with electronic image manipulation, prior to his invention of the Paik/Abe Video Synthesizer. Usually the director outlines the concept of the video and the show often includes light-hearted and humorous moments. It always concludes with a premiere of the finished video.
